General Information

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit / debit card payment. If you are shopping from an International location, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa / Mastercard /  Switch / Delta / Solo / . Please note that we do not accept Electron cards as the card holder needs to be present in order for us to make the transaction. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit / debit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Payment Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You can be assured that your payment is secure.

Shipping

We currently charge all order by weight plus a small amount to cover the  cost of packaging.  This results in a minimum charge of £2.50 per order.  Any orders weighing 2KG and above that are delivered to a UK mainland address will be sent via a courier service at a maximum charge of £8.25.  Orders to other parts of the world will be charged at current UK post office rates.  We will always endeavour to send your order in the most economical way.  For heavier packages over 2kg to addresses outside of the UK FedEx is usually the most economical delivery service.

 

Remittance Terms
Full payment is required before your order can be dispatched. We do accept cheques, however we need to receive the cheque prior to dispatch of the goods.
